It only takes a minute to renew or become a member of the Pocket Community Association!
The Pocket Annual Membership is $10.00 and available to any family or individual 18 years of age or older whose primary residence is within the Pocket’s boundaries.
To become a member or renew:
- Fill out the online form to the right OR download/print the form here.
- E-transfer money to [email protected] OR give cash to a PCA member
10 reasons to join the Pocket Community Association:
1. Know what’s happening. Be first to hear PCA news via member e-blasts.
2. Fill your calendar with fun events. For example, the Spring Fling, Eco-Fun Fair, Pocket Pride
3. Connect with the neighbourhood. The Pocket spans about 1,200 homes between Danforth and Boultbee, and from the west side of Greenwood to the east side of Jones. Friends outside The Pocket are also welcome to join via the "Friend of the Pocket" membership.
4. Help make a difference. An engaged membership enhances the PCA’s role to liaise with local officials and organizations on behalf of the Pocket community.
5. Support community projects and events. Member fees help fund neighbourhood projects, from green initiatives to social events and more.
6. Vote on PCA activities. "Individual" membership grants the right to vote at the PCA Annual General Meeting. "Family" membership offers one vote per household.
7. Share your experience. PCA welcomes and represents members of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
8. Get involved. Contribute your time, experience, and ideas to help the community.
9. Meet new neighbours. Whether you just moved in or have lived here for decades!
10. It’s easy! It takes just $10 to join or renew annually for a family or individual 18+.
