Coming soon: Pocket Change Eco Fun Fair and Community Pot-Luck Dinner – Sunday, June 1
Mark your calendar! The Pocket’s annual Eco Fun Fair in Phin Park rides again June 1 this year, with a pot-luck community dinner afterwards. Our Eco Fair attracts hundreds of people each year from The Pocket, our east Danforth community and other parts of Toronto, with a wide variety of exhibitors, our plant-based BBQ and our Big Tent Speaker Series.
This year the fair will have a Retrofit Zone where you can talk to vendors/professionals working in green home improvements, lots of activity around cycling (e.g. try out an e-bike on the local
school track!), exhibitors about gardening and nature conservation, and our children’s area with facepainting and a variety of fun eco-themed activities.
Date: Sunday June 1 (rain date: June 8)
Time: Eco Fun Fair: 1-5pm; Community Pot Luck Dinner to start shortly afterwards
