The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Pocket Community Association will be held on 30 January 2014 at 7.30 p.m. at St. David’s Anglican Church hall (downstairs), at 49 Donlands Avenue (across from the Donlands Subway Station).
Elections will be held at the AGM for the 2014 PCA Executive Committee. This Executive team will serve until the next AGM in 2015.
To all residents of The Pocket: If you wish to be considered for election to the Executive Committee, please take the following actions and send the materials to the PCA Secretary (email address below) by 30 November 2013.
PCA will review the bios and prepare a slate of candidates who are qualified and prepared to stand for election. This slate will be published in early December. In case two or more candidates apply for the same Executive position, the membership at the AGM will vote to select the successful candidate.
PLEASE NOTE that nominations for Executive positions will not be accepted after 30 November and will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
