Elections will be held at the AGM for the 2014 PCA Executive Committee. This Executive team will serve until the next AGM in 2015.
The deadline is fast approaching for applications to be elected to an Executive position in the PCA. If you wish to be considered for election, please send the following materials to the PCA Secretary (email address below) by 30 November 2013.
1. Arrange for a PCA member to nominate you and another PCA member to second that nomination, 2. Confirm that your PCA membership is up to date. If you need assistance, contact Paul Woodman, Membership Coordinator at [email protected] To join PCA or renew your membership, visit the PCA website and pay your $10 membership fee by PayPal, 3. Prepare a photograph and bio with a maximum of 100 words, which describes your qualifications for a PCA Executive position, and identify the Executive position that you wish. The Executive positions are Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator, Communications Coordinator and two Members-at-Large.
PLEASE NOTE that nominations for Executive positions will not be accepted after 30 November and will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM. In early December, we will send out a slate of individuals who are prepared to be elected and the positions that they wish.
